I feel like there are these songs from the mid 2000's that may be overlooked. There was a trend going on in that decade that certain songs become overused in melodramatic moments in Network TV shows. They become intertwined and almost unanimous. Shows like Grey's Anatomy, Lost, The OC and Scrubs. They become background music and their own strengths are forgotten over time. This is one of those great songs. I allowed myself to be lost in this song for a moment and it took me back to 2005. To a moment where I was awakened from a fog or a distortion, and welcomed a great flood of new music into my life. It was chilling
