1b) Will Smith & DJ Jazzy Jeff - "Fresh Prince Of Bel Air Theme"
1c) Dead Prez - "Hip Hop" (Chappelle's Show)
Mr. T
Gary Portnoy - "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" (Cheers Theme)
*Bonus* Quincy Jones - "The Streetbeater" (Sanford & Son Theme)
Blondie
The Rembrandts - "I'll Be There For You" (Friends Theme)
G-Man
Terry Bush - "Maybe Tomorrow" (Littlest Hobo Theme)
It was tough for me to just pick one song for this week's theme...so I picked 3! HAHA. The theme for a Canadian classic The Littlest Hobo was done by Terry Bush. It's got a great vintage, timeless feel. Almost feels like it should have been a bigger radio hit. I hear recently in Europe that's just what happened
Steve Carlisle - "WKRP In Cincinatti"
Another meaningful one to all of us in the Broadcasting world. Not sure who Steve Carlisle is, but if this wasn't written for a TV show i'm sure we'd still be listening to it to this day
Jane's Addiction - "Superhero" (Entourage Theme)
Went with a newer one for my final pick. Just a great song and fits the themes of the show to a T.
Doug
Boots Randolph - "Yakety Sax" (Benny Hill Show Theme)
Hockey Night In Canada Theme
