My Last Lullaby

 Mr. T

Poison - "Nothin' But A Good Time"

G-Man

Metallica - "72 Seasons"

Today Metallica 11th studio album is unleashed on the world, and while I don't have it in my hot little hands yet, the band has done a great job teasing us fans with 4 songs leading up to release date. So far so good. With this album's release they now have albums spanning 5 decades. 80's, 90's, 00's, 10's and 20's. Long live the kings of Metal.

Plastic Covered Couches

Mr. T

Otis Redding - "Down In The Valley"

G-Man

Daft Punk - "Give Life Back To Music"

Originality. Talent. Timelessness. 3 Reasons why I love Daft Punk. They never compromised. Never fell off. And when they decided they were done. They were done. Good show.

Doug

The Weeknd - "Save Your Tears" feat. Ariana Grande

This pick is based on the fact that my lady and I are about to see The Weeknd in Toronto!

Dano

Ozzy Osborne - "Bark At The Moon" (Live at Budokan Hall. Tokyo, Japan 2002"

Jonny HP

Thin Lizzy - "The Boys Are Back In Town"

Mike D

The Wanted - "Chasing The Sun"

J.B.

The Breeders - "Cannonball"

I never knew the background behind The Breeders, but recently heard this eclectic 90's grunge track. Kim Deal, the lead singer took on the band as a side project after seeing huge success with The Pixies.

Goodie Mob - "Thought Process"

In the early, mid and late 90's one could make the argument that some of the best hip hop conglomerations could be found there. One of these phenomenal colabs is Goodie Mob. Cee-Lo (early years for sure, before his more poppy tunes came in) and even more notably, Outkast. Love this rich era of hip hop experimentation and dark lyrics.
