Gnarly G-Man Ashley MacIsaac - "I'm Movin' On"
Just don't know what he was trying to do with this one. I enjoyed his previous stuff too, so this one is a real shame. As a sad side note I think MacIsaac went bankrupt around the time this was released too and he was so desperate for Much Music to play the video that he called in during their request show to request it. Shake my head

Yes there was some great music in the oft-forgotten decade of the Aughts and I intend to highlight some in the coming weeks. The Offspring's sound changed a bit from what they became to known for on albums like Smash and Ignition, but it doesn't mean the music wasn't good. Like "Want You Bad" from Conspiracy Of One.
G-Man Queensryche - "Silent Lucidity"
Admittedly I don't know alot about Queensryche, but this song has always been a favourite of mine. Not really one I go to alot though. Just whenever I hear it i'm reminded of how great it is. Really needs to be in heavier rotation on ol' G-Man's list
Metallica - "No Leaf Clover"
Two songs this week! Just 'cuz. Love, love. love this 'Tallica track. Written during the Load/Reload sessions it got shelved then brought back and dusted off for the S&M show that saw Metallica perform with the San Francisco Orchestra. Definition of an epic tune
